Parade formation begins at pre-specified locations for participants.

All parade route roads closed.
Vendors and other activities officially begin.

Mobile and other assigned parade units leave Manoa Shopping Center; proceed down Eagle Road and are joined in the Oakmont section by marchers and other designated groups. The parade then proceeds down Darby Rd. to the Skatium.
