Policies for Vendors, Sponsors, and Organizations Participating in the Parade or Activities on Haverford Township Day
Vendors
Crafts Vendors:
- All vendors must be registered and assigned a spot for their booth.
- All products sold must be made by the vendor.
Flea Market Vendors:
- All vendors must be registered and assigned a spot for their booth.
- All vendors must be selling a product.
Food Vendors:
- All vendors must be registered and assigned a spot for their booth.
- All vendors must have a valid food handler’s license from the Health Department.
Non-Profit/Service Organizations
- All organizations must be registered and assigned a spot for their booth.
- The Non-Profit area of Haverford Township Day is intended for service groups, or non-profit organizations located in Haverford Township to help those groups promote awareness of their mission.
- Non-profit organizations are not permitted to sell food in the non-profit area. Exceptions are pre-packaged fund raisers (i.e. Girl Scout cookies).
- Non-profits provide their own tables and chairs in a 10’x10’ area.
- Organizations must stay at their booth. No walk-around solicitation of funds of any kind is permitted.
Parade Participants
- Any person or organization wishing to participate must register and be assigned a spot in the parade.
